Jaylor Fabricating began operations in 1985 and has been manufacturing Vertical TMR (Total Mixed Rations) Mixers for dairy and beef farmers for many years. As a top seller of quality mixers in many countries around the world, Jaylor maintains its position in the fore-front of the world TMR mixer market.
TMR mixers are used to cut, mix and feed a complete ration to dairy and beef cows. TMR rations have been the single most influential factor in increasing milk production in North America in the last 20+ years. Jaylor mixers offer a wide range of models and versions of TMR mixers, ideally suited for the world market. Our mixers are university tested, farmer approved and backed by the best warranties in the industry. Jaylor is recognized across the world as one of the best quality 'TMR' mixers in the industry.
Jaylor's direct involvement with our customers has resulted in the continuous improvement, development and expansion of our product line. One of the most significant developments was the patent of the unique 'Square Cut Auger' that reduces tractor horsepower requirements by 15-20%. Considerable investment was spent in developing the Jaylor tungsten carbide knives used in conjunction with the 'Square-Cut Auger' allowing the mixer to cut and process any size bales of hay, straw or any kind of forage material in minutes.
The farmer is then able to add the balance of ingredients to make a proper 'TMR' for their animals. Jaylor has developed 13 models for every size of farm operation and is able to build them in trailer, truck and stationary models. With added features such as oscillating axles, special knives and a wide variety of discharge options, Jaylor maintains a high profile and prominent position in the industry.
Along with our continued success in North America, Jaylor has expanded into 34 international countries.
Research and development has ensured Jaylor's success within the vertical mixer industry. New models were introduced in 2008-2009 including larger mixers designed to satisfy the needs of large dairy and beef producers in Canada, the United States and around the world. In the year 2000, Jaylor also introduced hydro-statically driven, truck mounted TMR mixers. Jaylor has consistently brought innovation to this marketplace. The most recent innovations to our mixers were designed and engineered and has created 23 patents on the Jaylor 'TMR' mixer.
Jaylor has gained and maintained a solid position in the industry and brand recognition through traditional but aggressive high profile marketing, advertising and promotion programs. We have created added value with nutrition and ration analysis with every machine.
Jaylor has developed a full support program for our dealers, including inter-active website, tradeshow and media advertising and a trained and knowledgeable staff at your disposal.
Jaylor has enjoyed recognition by receiving several industry awards in recent year including 'Innovation Award for Export Market Diversification' and 'Global Traders Bronze award for Export Development' and 'Innovator of the Year' from the Canadian Manufacturers Association in 2009 the company won 'Best New Agri-business Innovation' at the Agritrade Show in Alberta. The Canadian manufacturers & Exporters (CME) presented Jaylor with the Essence of Philanthropy Award in 2011 and Jaylor was inducted into the CME Hall of Fame for Essence of Philanthropy.
