PRELIMINARY PROGRAM | MORE DETAILED

October 21st - 26th, 2019

Beijing & Harbin, China

GDF visited China in 2009. After 10 years many things have changed and it’s time to go back again! The upcoming GDF Congress of 2019 will take place from October 21st - 26th, 2019. With our partner Artex Barn Solutions we will organize a week of interesting farm and factory visits, invite high-level speakers that challenge us, learn from other (farmer) entrepreneurs and dive into the Chinese culture. We hope to see you there!

"DAIRY OPPORTUNITIES AHEAD: WHO WILL FEED THE WORLD WITH DAIRY?”

  • China revisited. China is often considered to be key for dairy exporting countries.
  • What can we learn from the developments since 2009 when GDF visited China, will China be equally important for the next 10 years?
  • How will global demand for dairy develop, where will milk be produced and maybe even more important by whom?

As with our previous congresses we start our seminars with a global market development view. From there we zoom in on continent, country and regional level. Seminars packed with inspiring high level speakers.

Apart from gaining knowledge from these speakers, we also gain insights from real strong dairy ánd non-dairy entrepreneurs.
What are their tactics, their strategy and how do they use the (future) developments to their advantage?

What will the next generation do? Who will feed the world and how?
